Regarding 4. : having toString() simply produce the name of the queue seems to
have been the case since r82965 on 25 Oct 2009 :-). I wonder if we should
actually have a default toString on AbstractConfiguredObject which prints out
the category, type, attributes (minus secured ones), etc... Then look to see
what overrides it and why. I'm not sure I want to address that in this change
though.
All other comments I agree on and will check in shortly.
