Thanks [~chug], I have been working through these steps too, but still I end up
with no Org.Apache.Qpid.Messaging.sln. Also, when I try to build the qpid-cpp
solution, I get lots of errors regarding qpidmessagingd.lib being missing. Let
me know if you have any further thoughts.
