Just trying this out... I had to modify it to work with Visual Studio 2013, but
I get this error when running:
Move-Item : Cannot find path
'C:\x86-VS2013\install_kc5oo1sd.b4p\bin\qpid-send.exe' because it does not
exist.
At C:\qpid\cpp\bld-winsdk.ps1:300 char:9
