Rob Godfrey resolved QPID-6412.

    Resolution: Fixed

Reviewed by me - changes look good and I can see no more instances of fields 
being declared of type ConcurrentHashMap.

I do wonder if we can write some sort of check for this that could be picked up 
by checkstyle / sonar or equivalent... or even in our IDEs
