Currently when using ObjectMessage if the object is not set or is explicitly
set to null, no body section will get included in the AMQP message which is
sent. While many implementations can handle this, the AMQP 1.0 spec is worded
such that a body section must be included [1]. As such, the handlng of
ObjectMessage should be updated to ensure that a body is included whenever the
Object would be considered null.
