UX for changing the default VH is subpar.
steps needed to change the default VH:
1. on the broker tab select the current default VHN
2. select view VHN from the VHN menu
3. stop the VHN on the VHN tab
4. click edit
5. uncheck the default checkbox
6. close the edit dialogue
7. restart the VHN
8. select the new VHN on the broker tab
9. select view VHN from the VHN menu
10. stop the VHN
11. click edit
12. check the default checkbox
13. close the edit dialogue
14. restart the VHN
I think the process *should* be
1. select the new VHN on the broker tab
2. select "make default" from the VHN menu
3. confirm dialogue that warns about removal of default state from current
default and restarting of both VHNs
