Hi Ernie,
I mean the LICENSE file at the root of the repo. Ever release artifact the
project ships contains a LICENSE file, which needs to detail the ALv2 (covering
any ALv2 code of ours, and any bundled 3rd party bits also using the ALv2) and
additionally call out any non-ALv2 licenced artifacts along with their licence.
E.g see the following:
