The subsequent changes not to distribute the various js files means my earlier
comments mostly dont apply now.
We should probably just remove the LICENCE note about rhea-min.js though, as it
is covered by the ALv2 in the file already so it doesn't need called out
specifically, plus it looks a bit odd the note being duplicated for
standalone/plugin.
