I notice that OAuth2InteractiveAuthenticator is not handling section 4.1.2.1 of
the rfc6749 - name the authorisation error response.
Google sends redirect that looks like the following in response to me answering
'no' to the request permission step. In this case, a loop forms and Qpid
bounces you back to the permission page.
