I looked at the URL
https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/documents.php?wg_abbrev=amqp&show_descriptions=yes
and it looks like it is a rolling list of changes and updates that are
proposed to the spec. It also consists of draft specs. I was confused initially
looking at the page. Also, it only shows the first 10 lines.
Alan, what do you think?
