I'm fine with changing the booleans to no longer have bitfields - it's dubious
whether this is really beneficial in any case.
However I'm very puzzled by the extra include file needed -
Is this due to another Solaris SunPro compiler bug? The compiler does not need
to know the complete type for a member function declaration, so i don't
understand why it is giving you an error here.
