@astitcher About the proactor fuzzer. When I was preparing PR, proactor was
broken, so I newer saw it run in the regressions mode.
I can run corpus minimization on the proactor corpus (I did not do it
because proactor was broken) and see if it shrinks)
Alternatively, I would not mind removing the proactor tests. It forks
itself for every input and there is a 1s timeout somewhere. Not good design for
quick testing.
