Thanks for the pull request - I didn't follow it because there has been a lot
of confusion lately about the relationship between URLs and AMQP addresses, and
because the existing proton behavior in parsing URLs is not quite standard.
Instead I modified the examples to remove the leading "/" to make it clearer
that the AMQP address is *extracted from* the URL it is not a standard part of
the URL. Shout if that doesn't solve your problem.
