Looking more closely I see that on 0-9..0-10 the equivalent of #consumers is
unused - the maps are maintained by nothing every observes them. For the
older protocols getConsumerCount actually returns the number of consumer
targets. For AMQP 1.0, we could count the sending links to get the equivalent
number, but I wonder if this statistic has any value.
