The implemented changes look reasonable to me. My only review comment is about
new method names on {{AMQPSession}} ({{incConsumerCount}} and
{{decConsumerCount}}): I would rename them into {{incrementConsumerCount}} and
{{deccrementConsumerCount}} accordingly
