Ganesh identified the failures were due to a Proton logging problem introduced
in commit
https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf?p=qpid-proton.git;a=commit;h=58ec2b1e54d00fce4a07b7c3c6de2b504b2525ee
for PROTON-1984.
This supurred me to get DISPATCH-1115 done so it becomes more obvious that
specific test failures may actually be proton version dependent.
