This line is the problem:
::1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6
Your machine is misconfigured. You are telling it that locahost maps to 2
addresses IPv4 127.0.0.1 & IPv6 ::1. So it's not a surprise that both addresses
are tried!
Closing as not a bug.
