Resolution: Fixed
Closing this JRA. The Qpid Broker-J version 8.0 should remain compatible with
java 8. I think that we can move to java 11 in next major broker version 9.0.
The derby can be upgraded to the latest version after release of Qpid Broker-J
8.0
