Since version 1.10 policy has added
* policy/maxMessageSize
* policy/maxMessageSizeDenied
* vhost/aliases
* vhost/maxMessageSize
* vhostUserGroupSettings/maxMessageSize
* vhostStats/maxMessageSizeDenied
qdstat policy/vhost queries must not ask for these attributes if the router
being queried does not have them
