Right, but that means it wont build in peoples forks unless they use master,
which they often wont when raising PRs. That seems odd, and I dont think I've
seen another project do that. I dont see a particular benefit restricting it to
master, as anyone really not wanting CI to run on a particular branch can take
very simple steps to stop it doing so if they like (all that config being
branch-specific).
