Information only. DO NOT MERGE! This patch adds an AMQP pseudo-transfer PROTOCOL trace log line for every buffer sent and received by TCP adaptor. Scraper connection id numbers match the log connection id numbers. This lets a Scraper user view every buffer sent and received over a TCP connection in isolation from all other traffic in the system. For a TCP connection the view is both send and receiver it doesn't isolate just sent data, for instance.
