`jest-environment-jsdom-sixteen` workaround is removed thanks to update in
react-scripts and jest
* fixup /assets stopped working, so lets reorg the assets dir; remove duplicate
img_avatar.svg
* fixup eslint warnings; I did not find any usage for those touched files under
test_data...
