Situations like that are why I have suggested various times that each
individual test should have a much lower timeout if possible. An individual
test being able to take up to 1500sec (minus any time taken for other tests in
the 'test class/file') is pretty useless. Thats 25 minutes. Seems particularly
unsuited when the entire test suite combined normally takes a few minutes or
less even on a shared CI env. It doesnt seem like any individual test (not test
class/file) should be allowed more than say 15sec or something unless it is
specifically configured to be allowed more.
