I think this a good starting place, and Quarks on Github uses Jekyll as
well, so that fits in with our existing doc content.  I think once it is
up, I can make suggestions on how to adjust to give it a Quarks
personality, and I hope others will as well.

I want to contribute to the web site.  I've been updating links and working
on documentation on the Quarks Github site.
