Kathey, that's my fault for not being clear on our what we meant by initial
infrastructure. I was just interested in making sure it was a Jekyll-enabled
site, so that I could iterate off of the Quarks Github.io site. I think the
easiest thing might be to start over with my code if people are ok with it.
Here is the top with the tag line changed:
