There's another issue which needs to be addressed. We currently have two 
different websites: the website that Alex has been working on at
https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator-quarks-website.git

and the quarks.documentation page we've been using to host our docs
https://github.com/quarks-edge/quarks.documentation

These two site have different jekyll configurations, so they'd need to be 
integrated if they're going to be hosted in a single repository. I agree that 
we should just blow away what we already have, but we shouldn't use Alex's site 
as-is. There's a little more work which needs to be done.
