One of the advantages to even committers making pull requests against the 
github mirror is that (hopefully) it will be built and tested automatically 
once the Travis-CI integration is set up. This is how it worked for the repo at 
quarks-edge, the same setup will work for the mirror, just needs to be set up 
by Infrastructure (it's been requested).

Thus committers won't waste time building and testing a pull request.
