I went to https://github.com/ibm-messaging/iot-java/releases/tag/0.0.9 and
found a source code distribution. When I opened that zip file, I found a
license file which is Eclipse Public License - v 1.0.
I think I will check the license file into our repository under
connectors/iotf /ext, unless someone has an objection.
