We are distributing the iotf library in its object form, which means we are
distributing it under ALv2, so adding the EPL 1.0 licence is incorrect.
However, according to the EPL 1.0 terms and ASF third-party guidelines EPL 1.0
is a category-b licence and thus we need a statement in the README as to where
the source can be obtained.
