Thanks Will for adding the branch. I see there is a residual .gitignore that
probably needs to be removed on the branch with git rm .gitignore as the
gitpubsub doc says the branch can contain only the content directory.
You can follow the instructions in the README.MD[1] to create the content
directory with the build.sh script and a push.
Please do the testing step:
Note: If you want to try out the website locally on the asf-site branch before
you push, you can do so with 'jekyll serve -d content --skip-initial-build'
and point your browser to http://localhost:4000
Then let me know and I will file the INFRA issue to enable gitpubsub. This is a
one time step that we need to do to get publishing started.
