The site is up now at http://quarks.incubator.apache.org/ ! Thanks to
everyone who has contributed so far.
There is still some cleanup required on the docs. There are a few Jira's
filed for the most important issues: QUARKS-45, QUARKS-46, QUARKS-48 but there
are additional links that need to be changed and probably good for people to
go through the entire doc set and make sure it makes sense in the new context.
I think it make sense to have new Jira issues for these changes and close out
this issue and QUARKS-2.
