Summary: Broken home page link when on a recipe page

When clicking on the "Quarks Documentation" home button in the navbar from a
recipe page, a 404 is returned. By default, it tries to access
"/recipes/home.html", but the page is actually at "/docs/home.html". How can we
change the home page path for recipe pages?
