Under Resources -> Downloads, the link points me to here:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-quarks/releases
This is a snapshot of the 0.30 and 0.4.0 release, but does not contain the
actual build packages.
In our Quick Start documentation, it refers to things like Quarts/lib/
libraries, which are not available in these releases.
So, my question is, is this pointing to the right place?
If so, do we need to update documentation to tell people how to build the
project? I am lost as to how to start as I do not know how to build the
project, and the quick start documentation does not match what I am getting.
