Samantha Chan commented on QUARKS-94:
-------------------------------------
In the Getting Started Guide itself
(http://quarks.incubator.apache.org/docs/quarks-getting-started.html), it
points to here for a release:
https://github.com/quarks-edge/quarks/releases/latest
This should be updated to point to Apache?
> Documentation banner points to wrong download location?
> -------------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: QUARKS-94
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QUARKS-94
> Project: Quarks
> Issue Type: Bug
> Reporter: Samantha Chan
>
> Under Resources -> Downloads, the link points me to here:
> This is a snapshot of the 0.30 and 0.4.0 release, but does not contain the
> actual build packages.
> In our Quick Start documentation, it refers to things like Quarts/lib/
> libraries, which are not available in these releases.
> So, my question is, is this pointing to the right place?
> If so, do we need to update documentation to tell people how to build the
> project? I am lost as to how to start as I do not know how to build the
> project, and the quick start documentation does not match what I am getting.
