Cazen Lee commented on QUARKS-94:
---------------------------------

We do not have regular Apache release yet. I think it is in under construction.
Of course, We should release it to Apache. In that time, Site and other docs
pointing to previous link(github) will be moved to correct(Apache) link i guess.
See QUARKS-87 for details.

> Under Resources -> Downloads, the link points me to here:
> This is a snapshot of the 0.30 and 0.4.0 release, but does not contain the
> actual build packages.
> In our Quick Start documentation, it refers to things like Quarts/lib/
> libraries, which are not available in these releases.
> So, my question is, is this pointing to the right place?
> If so, do we need to update documentation to tell people how to build the
> project? I am lost as to how to start as I do not know how to build the
> project, and the quick start documentation does not match what I am getting.
