I don't have much experience with either Confluence or MoinMoin, but my reasons are as follows: - Spark uses Confluence. Given how Quarks is positioned as an analytics/streaming framework, I suspect we'll have many users who also use Spark so our wikis will be consistent - I think it look better (subjective)
