The previous report, 3 months ago, was all about making the release. Now we have a release, well done! (The next release will be easy in comparison.)
Now the major issue that needs to be solved before graduation is growing a diverse community. By which I mean attracting contributors from outside Madison who in due course become committers and PPMC members. How can we achieve that? I'd like to come up with some concrete steps to put in this board report, so we can measure progress in the next board report (September).
