Currently, you set the COMPONENT_INSTALL_DIR_NAME in
yarn-plugin-install.properties. However, it makes more sense to follow the
convention used by the hdfs plugin and to put COMPONENT_INSTALL_DIR_NAME in
install.properties instead.
