Change Summary:
a) Add a "hover over" hint for "Sqoop URL" in the Admin Console.
b) Remove "password" from the UI.
c) Remove "password" from SqoopClient.
d) Change accessTypes of ranger-servicedef-sqoop.json from "Read" to "READ",
from "Write" to "WRITE".
