+1 to [~harisekhon]'s opinion : By default it will be good to have users /
groups sorted alphabetically. If we want to continue allowing users to check
latest created user, then we can add a column of ID in users and groups listing
page and give sorting feature for that as well. This way we have both the
features of :
* Sorting users / groups by Username
* Sorting users / groups by ID
