When using the *RangerAuthContext#getResourceACLs(RangerAccessRequest request)*
function and accessing the *RangerResourceACLs.AccessResult* the createTime
field is always showing as *null*.
The *RangerAuthContext* is being retrieved from
*RangerBasePlugin**#createRangerAuthContext().*
