HiveMetaStoreClient is not compatible with thrift-0.14.1 and due to this hive
resource lookup is not working. This patch needs to be reverted from master
branch as well as ranger-2.2 branch. Created a [Revert Review
Request|https://reviews.apache.org/r/73596/] for the same.
