Summary: Hdfs audit files rollover is not working for kafka service

Once we enable
xasecure.audit.destination.hdfs.file.rollover.enable.periodic.rollover=true
xasecure.audit.destination.hdfs.file.rollover.sec=600
inside ranger-kafka-audit.xml.
restart kafka.
And run tests to generate audit.
As per new configuration, there should be a new file generated in every 10
minutes. But this was not happening for kafka service.
No new log files were getting created, only existing ones were getting updated.
