--------------------------------------

This hadoop and hbase users("External" user source) get created when the HDFS &
HBASE service is created at Ranger admin end.

The user with "Internal" user source which are created from Ranger Admin.

for your issue again check the Ranger admin and usersync and if required enable

> SYNC_LDAP_BIND_DN = uid=admin,cn=users,cn=compat,dc=domain,dc=com
> SYNC_LDAP_BIND_PASSWORD = XXXX
> SYNC_LDAP_SEARCH_BASE = cn=accounts,dc=tcs,dc=com
> 2. Executed sh setup.sh
> 3. Started ranger-usersync service and ranger-admin service too
