Description:
This aims to to have an additional support for UBI base images for ranger
docker development as an alternative to ubuntu base image currently in place.
Red Hat Universal Base Images (UBI) are OCI-compliant container base operating
system images with complementary runtime languages and packages that are freely
redistributable.
