STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Create a ranger hive policy for user u1 to have all access except ALTER on
table t1
Create table t1 with partition and add data.
As user u1, execute alter table concatenate command
CURRENT BEHAVIOUR:
Concatenate command is successful, authorization is not happening through
ranger, No access audits
available.
Other alter commands are authorized by ranger
