Summary: Hive Show principals <rolename> command not working for
ranger admin user

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
As user having admin role on Ranger side, execute "show principals <rolename>"
command via hive beeline
CURRENT BEHAVIOUR:
Command fails with error stating 'User not authorized to perform this operation'
If we add the user to property "ranger.plugin.service.admins" in repo config,
then the command execution is successful which means even if user is ranger
admin, user should be configured as service admin for the operation to be
successful. Filing jira to confirm if this is expected behaviour
