I would like to share a brief summary regarding this enhancement.

I created a user named Test_User_1 and added them to three groups: public,
grp_1, and grp_2.

For this operation, four logs will be generated in the Audit => Admin Tab.
After clicking on "XA Group of Users," you will see the details shown in the
screenshot below:

Similer changes are done for removing group from user.
