Review Comment:
   requireHost() may allow “empty hostname, port only” URLs such as 
jdbc:hive2://:10000/... — first character after jdbc:hive2:// is :, not /, ;, 
?, or #, so validation passes. 
   Consider rejecting ://: / requiring a non-empty host token if the driver 
accepts it.
