To support deployments behind proxy servers that handle authentication, Ranger
audit-ingestor service should support header based authentication. When this
authentication is enabled, it should look for a configured HTTP header to find
the user name. In addition to username, SPIFFE usernames should also be
supported in a different header. The Jira tracks adding following
configurations:
* ranger.audit.ingestor.authn.header.enabled
* ranger.audit.ingestor.authn.header.username
* ranger.audit.ingestor.authn.header.spiffe
